Chef Owned and Operated
Silverpeak Grill is chef-owned and operated by Troy Selby, a culinary expert with over 30 years of experience in the food industry. Troy, a graduate of New England Culinary Institute in Vermont, leads a team of talented individuals dedicated to crafting mouth-watering dishes that showcase the best of American and authentic Mexi-Cali cuisine.
